D. Scott Murray
Attorney
Scott’s practice is transactional and he currently devotes most of his time to assisting clients with estate planning and probate, as well as conducting residential real estate closings and title examination. In addition, he has extensive business experience including purchases and sales of businesses and writing contracts.
Scott has practiced law since 1988 after graduating from South Texas College of Law, a private law school located in Houston, Texas. Prior to law school, he earned degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Alberta and worked in the areas of auditing and accounting. After law school, Scott worked for a mid-sized law firm in Houston that concentrated in the areas of business and banking law.
Scott is married and has two adult children. He has lived in Alpharetta for more than 25 years and has been active in several organizations in the North Fulton community.

Matthew W. Raulston “Web”
Attorney / Title Agent
Web Raulston has a general real estate practice and oversees the firm’s involvement in real estate transactions nationwide. He is a licensed title agent in Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia, New Jersey, and Colorado. Web has extensive knowledge on a variety of real property transactions, ranging from complex commercial acquisitions to curing routine residential title defects.
Web enjoys helping others learn about, start, and operate title insurance companies across the country. He currently leads seventeen title companies and facilitates approximately 800 transactions a month. He is an active member of the American Land Title Association, Tennessee Land Title Association and Land Title Association of Colorado. He serves on the board of Northside Neighborhood house and is an avid skier in his free time.
